Covid-19 has changed our lives tremendously as everyone has been ushered into the new normal. But what does this term mean and are we ready for it? Here's an interesting course that will get everyone to better understand and learn to adapt themselves for the new normal.

"New Normal Life And Digital Quotient" is a massive open online course prepared by Prof Dr Yong Poovorawan, chief of the Center of Excellence in Clinical Virology at the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, and his older twin brother Assoc Prof Yuen Poovorawan, an expert in computer science and recipient of multiple awards for his research.

Launched two weeks ago, the curriculum aims to give participants basic understanding about the significance of digital technology and educate them on how they can adapt themselves to live in the digital world and be good and responsible digital citizens.

Presented with the support by Kasetsart University and Thai Media Fund, the course has eight parts with a total of 42 chapters, each of which comes with a video lecture, texts to read and questions to answer. Participants can take the lessons anywhere and anytime and they will receive a digital certificate upon completing the programme.

It is conducted in Thai and open to people of all ages and of any educational backgrounds. The course is a continuation to the "Covid-19 And Epidemiology" programme, which was introduced by the duo last November and still open for enrollment via learningcovid.ku.ac.th.

There is no admission fee. Visit learningdq-dc.ku.ac.th.
