To help promote the Thai workforce's web3 skills, D.Oasis Lab is organising the "Metaverse Developer Course", featuring eight classes running on the weekends from 9am to 4pm, starting April 23. The venue is Dhurakij Pundit University (DPU) on Pracha Chuen Road.

The course is designed for system developers and IT executives whose organisations aim to bring about disruptions and enter the metaverse. It will be conducted in Thai.

Organisations in highly competitive industries will have their own innovation teams, known as metaverse developers, to bring about transformation. When the future of web3 arrives, these metaverse developers will become essential to enable their organisations to cope with the emergence of web3 and create competitiveness and sustainable growth in the long term.

The course will start with the IT architecture required for metaverse creation and also include essential knowledge and techniques such as 3D, interactive web, cryptocurrency, webGL and webXR.

Participants will create their own metaverses in intensive workshops, supervised by web3 experts from SmartContract Blockchain Studio, DPU's College of Creative Design and Entertainment Technology, Gameindy and Tokenine.

Successful metaverse creators will be invited to share their thoughts and experiences.

D.Oasis Lab is an initiative of D.Oasis, a knowledge and technology hub for web3 and metaverse in Asia. It focuses on research and development, as well as equip the workforce with skills and experiences required for web3 and metaverse era.

The fee is 55,000 baht per person (45,000 baht for early birds and 40,000 baht each if registering in pairs, by April 19).
