Among a plethora of cosmetics and fragrances, 12 were voted the best by customers who participated in a campaign that marked the 75th anniversary of Central Department Store.
The results were revealed at the "Central 75th Anniversary Beauty Awards 2022" held recently at Event Arena, at CentralWorld.
"The campaign had been well-received by the fans who actually used the products. We hope that the results will help provide certain recommendations when it comes to choosing a kind of product that is best for you. Certainly, the results are also important insights that help the cosmetics and fragrance industries understand the trends as they really are and use them as future references for product development," said Nattakarn Samrankij, beauty category director at Central Department Store, under Central Retail Group.
Best Moisturiser: La Mer Crème de la Mer.
Best Facial Cleanser: Three Balancing Cleansing Oil R.
Winners in the skincare categories include Biotherm Life Plankton Elixir; La Mer Crème de la Mer; SK-II Facial Treatment Essence; Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate Matrix Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex; Three Balancing Cleansing Oil R; and Shiseido The Perfect Protector SPF50+ PA++++.
The best make-up awards went to Nars Light Reflecting Foundation; Laura Mercier Foundation Powder; Lancôme Grandiôse Waterproof Mascara; and Dior Lip Glow.
Dior Sauvage Elixir and Chanel Chance Eau Tendre Eau De Parfum were named the best male and female fragrances.
Best Facial Cleanser: Three Balancing Cleansing Oil R.
Best Essence: SK-II Facial Treatment Essence.
A variety of products, from both local and international brands, are available at Central's Beauty Galerie located within its department stores.
The campaign also looked at which brand outperformed in sales volume and service excellence, with Dior and Clarins taking home these two awards.
Dior won four times, also taking home the Best Customer Choice 2022 Award.
Best Serum: Biotherm Life Plankton Elixir.
Best Foundation: Nars Light Reflecting Foundation.
Best Powder: Laura Mercier Foundation Powder.
Best Mascara: Lancôme Grandiôse Waterproof Mascara.
