The much-anticipated "Thailand Coffee, Tea, Bakery And Ice Cream" show will be back to serve as a one-stop-shop platform for coffee lovers, shop owners and newcomers who wish to start a business, at Bitec Hall 99, Bang Na-Trat Road, from Thursday to Sunday.

Organised by Kavin Intertrade, the 16th edition of the show will bring over 150 exhibitors to display and demonstrate thousands of the latest machinery and ingredients.

The product array ranges from coffee beans (Thai speciality beans and imported beans by Thai roasters and big coffee brands), flavoured coffee, ready-to-drink coffee, coffee machines, roaster machines, moka pots, coffee drip sets and vacuum blenders.

For bakery, items include oven and baking equipment, ingredients, waffle makers, cake storage and showcase, gelato ice cream making machines, powder, cheese, chocolate and cacao, premium tea leaves, herbal and flower, matcha powder, tea infuser, as well as ice making machines, refrigerated equipment, and POS and CRM systems.

The four-day event will be packed with many unique activities namely the sixth "Thailand National Brewers Cup Competition" and the 14th "Thailand National Barista Competition" where those interested in this profession will learn new barista techniques and upskill their knowledge.

Another highlight will be the cupping opportunity of the "Best Thai Coffee Beans Winners 2022" presented by the Department of Agriculture.

Besides the popular "Roaster Street", the event will introduce a "Sweet Zone" to go in line with the rising consumption trend of bakery items and ice cream. Visitors can relax and enjoy freshly made slow bar and speed bar coffees from roasters from across the country, surrounded by nature and live music atmosphere.

Other key activities will include bakery workshops conducted by well-known pastry chefs with more than 20 years of experience who will create four bakery menus with recipes for participants.

For tea lovers, there will be a class on "Tea And Kombucha Blending And Menu Creation Techniques", as well as a workshop course on ice cream and gelato mix and match techniques for those who wish to open an ice cream parlour.

There will also be a discussion on "coffee processing and its impact on the ecosystem, the roles and duties of COE Judge and Q Grader in the development of the coffee society", as well as a cupping opportunity led by Thai coffee experts.

Visitors are advised to bring their own cupping spoons to join the session.
