An army of dinosaurs of various species are back with a larger theme playground during "Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure Park" at Icon Art & Culture Space, 8th floor of Iconsiam, Charoen Nakhon Road, until May 7.
This is a new opportunity for dinosaur enthusiasts of all ages to take a thrilling trip to the primaeval world dating back over 200 million years ago and have fun with life-like dinosaur models of over 10 different species presented in a new themed playground with the add-on of attraction and entertainment.
Little dinosaur lovers will enjoy riding on the back of the prehistorical creatures which are equipped with motion and sound sensors to give an exciting experience and a pleasurable photo spot.
Awaiting them are new rides such as Flying Dido, Spinning Dino Egg and Dino of the Caribbean. They can also hurtle through space by riding the Space Ship and play a shooting game through VR technology and have fun tracing fossils of dinosaurs at a sand pool.
There is also a short play on dinosaurs and family members can take pictures with the life-like models in the best setting promising to offer an unforgettable moment for everyone.
Visitors are also invited to learn more about the characteristics of each dinosaur species through the life-like models which can roar and move as if they were alive.
They include Dimetrodon, a carnivore with a large, upright, sail-like structure on its back from the Permian Period; Dilophosaurus, one of the largest carnivores with powerful and sharp claws from the Early Jurassic; Stegosaurus, a plant-eating, four-legged dinosaur living in the late Jurassic period; and Therizinosaurus, a plant-eating dinosaur with small flattened teeth and extremely long robust claws.
Tickets cost 350 baht (450 baht for children and 250 baht for seniors) on weekdays and 450 baht (550 baht for children and 250 baht for seniors) on weekends and holidays. They are available for purchase at the door and from trip.com/t/Jurassic-ICON.
