Asics SportStyle recently announced the return of the GT-2160 sneaker that debuted within the GT-2000 series in the 2010s. The reissue of the heritage model highlights the tech evolution that is taking place in this era of running shoe development. Witness an impossible quest return to Earth when an astronaut gets stranded alone on the moon in “The Moon”, directed and written by Yong-hwa Kim of “Along With The Gods: The Two Worlds” fame. Sakarin Krue-on and Jarupatch Achavasmit have joined creative forces to bring the "Second Life" exhibition at Warin Lab Contemporary until Oct 14. Jarupatcha takes the artwork of Sakarin onto her loom and weaves into it new life. After Sakarin’s photographic installation, “Chronicle Of The Landscape” at Warin Lab Contemporary came to an end, the gallery kept the materials for a year. As time ticked on, one question grew louder: “what will become of an artwork when it has already delivered what was primarily expected of it?” In this case, Jarupatcha came in at the right time as one of many possible answers: she deconstructed the artwork and reconstructed it anew. Warin Lab Contemporary is at OP Garden, Charoen Krung 36. It opens from 10.30am-7.30pm.
