Bangkok Floorball, the pioneer of the exciting sports scene in Thailand, is holding their annual floorball tournament at St Andrews International School, Sukhumvit 107, from Nov 3-5.

Featuring eight men's teams and two women's teams, this year's tournament aims to build on last year's momentum by welcoming three new teams from Singapore, as well as a fan favourite from Vientiane.

The competition is expected to be even fiercer as the teams aim to dethrone the reigning champions, Hua Hin Vikings, and create their own legacy in this exciting sport.

What makes the tournament special is its commitment to youth empowerment and community support. Two local school teams are participating, with their tournament fees partially subsidised by other teams. This initiative aims to open up opportunities for underprivileged youths, supporting their dreams and aspirations in sports.

The amateur tournament is open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend. Spectators can expect a weekend filled with intense matches, camaraderie and an opportunity to witness the rapid development of floorball in Thailand.

All proceeds from this non-profit event will go towards promoting and growing the floorball sport, furthering Bangkok Floorball's commitment to expanding the sport's reach in the country. Those who want to try playing and learn floorball can join in on trainings at the school every Sunday from 6pm to 8pm. Training for beginners will be provided and sticks will be available for rent.
