A culinary adventure awaits at Park Hyatt Bangkok

The Yuzu Safari 2023, a celebration of culinary creations highlighting an aromatic touch of Japanese citrus, is featured at Park Hyatt Bangkok from Saturday to Monday.

The three-day event kicks off with a sake-pairing omakase dinner by Japanese guest chefs Kenji Nakayama of Kenji's Lab and Naoki Hayakawa of Kappo Yume at Penthouse Bar+Grill on Saturday.

The multicourse meal, priced at 4,900 baht per person, will showcase dishes prepared with fresh-picked yuzu orange and top-graded tosa akaushi Wagyu beef from Kochi Prefecture.

A special brunch buffet, priced 3,500 baht per person, by the restaurant's chef de cuisine Ferran Tadeo is featured on Sunday at the Embassy Room-The Catalan Cuisine.

On Monday, there's a 30-hand collaboration dinner, priced at 5,500 baht per person, that brings together an unparalleled roster of the capital's leading culinary masters, each utilising fresh yuzu in their dishes.

Guest chefs in the special dream team include Garima Arora of Gaa, Masato Shimizu of Sushi Masato, Tim Butler of Eat Me, Arnaud Sauthier of Maison Dunand, Prin Polsuk of Samrub Samrub Thai, Chet Adkins of Jua, Nilas Corneliussen of Villa Frantzen, Billy Bautista of Santiaga, Naree Boonyakiat of Dine, Charlie Fung of Mod Kaew, Michelle Goh of Mia, Joe Jantraget and Saki Hoshino of Nawa and Sachin Poojary of Inddee.

Drinks pairing is curated by award-winning sommelier Jay Bottorff.
