Highlighted produce and livestock products include kohlrabi, bicolour sweet corn, Japanese sweet potato, Japanese pumpkin, cape gooseberry, avocado, sweet passion fruit, organic eggs and rainbow trout.

Among the famous processed foods are feta cheese made from buffalo and goat milk, yoghurt made from buffalo milk, chewy mango, highland brown rice with quinoa, black sesame oil with ganoderma extracts, ganoderma herbal tea, drip coffee from Mae La Noi and instant coffee with ganoderma extract.
