Grilled turbot with atole-dashi sauce, Oscietra caviar and garlic flowers completes the savoury part, while Platanos con Crema provides a sweet finale of grilled banana, palm sugar, fresh cream and dried and pressed Kaviari en Barre roe. Left-Over Happiness / The Art Haus / Feb 4-29

Artist and professor Klairung Attanatho is showcasing miniature art at River City Bangkok,  where real-life settings such as a cafe, a living room, a kitchen or even street art on city’s wall are recreated on a tiny scale. Klairung, who's a New York's Parsons School of Design alumnus said, "'Left-over Happiness' echoes my longtime love of diorama art and miniature modelling as a hobby. Most of the dioramas are made from discarded plastic oil gallons. Some of the elements assembled from scrap toys add to the charm of the work. Some scrap toys always look cute and hilarious, and some are unidentifiable objects, but they all once brought joy to the owners. Scouting the scrap stores for the right pieces is an enjoyable process for me.”
