Aspiring female entrepreneurs, business leaders and gender equality advocates are invited to elevate their entrepreneurial journey at "Women Impact Entrepreneurship Day 2024", which will take place at TK Hall of Sasin School of Management, Chula Soi 12, on March 1 from 8.30am to 4pm.
Held to celebrate the remarkable contributions of women in entrepreneurship and society by Sasin Sustainability & Entrepreneurship Center, the event revolves around the theme "New Horizons In Women Entrepreneurship: Embracing Diversity, Inspiring Change".
Key highlights of the day will be two engaging workshops. The "2030 SDG Game" by Sasin School of Management is a compelling experiential workshop that utilises game-based elements to simulate potential scenarios in our world by 2030.
This immersive activity underscores the significance of harmonising the three pillars of People, Planet and Prosperity. It encourages participants to delve into the mindset and actions necessary for progressing towards sustainability.
Meanwhile, "Gender Lens Incubation And Acceleration" is an opportunity to engage with like-minded individuals on an entrepreneurial journey. Presented by Sasakawa Peace Foundation and Change Fusion, this awareness-based workshop is designed for those seeking to explore the impactful subject of gender lens thinking in entrepreneurship.
There will also be a panel discussion and a sharing session to explore innovative perspectives in entrepreneurship as well as networking opportunities with a diverse group of women entrepreneurs, business leaders and advocates for gender equality.
As a lead-up to International Women's Day which falls on March 8, this one-day event features a collaboration with UN Women, the UN Global Compact Network Thailand, the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs and WE-Can (Space Bangkok).
