The innovative Asian dining destination at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park is offering a culinary journey to Japan’s seas and oceans with its “Wild Fish” promotion. Until March 31, six types of fresh, wild-caught fish and seafood: yari ika (spear squid), sakura dai (cherry blossom sea bream), hirame (olive flounder), maguro (tuna), shake (salmon), and hamachi (yellowtail) will be on the menu. Chef Shim's menu is a fusion of traditional flavours and modern culinary techniques, the highlights of which are Pickled salmon and prawn, Busan style fishcake and beef tendon soup, Egg lava with caviar trio, Bone in short rib, Miso snow fish, Jooak and makgeolli ice cream and Fruit bibimbap bingsoo. French oysters / Goji Kitchen + Bar / March 29 to April 7

Goji Kitchen + Bar at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park will be serving French oysters, as part of a partnership with Les Huîtres Cadoret, oyster farm in Brittany. From March 29 to April 7, savour six varieties of Les Huîtres Cadoret oysters, freshly-shucked and accompanied with a choice of condiments. Guests can choose from La Fine Cadoret, L’Héritage, La Lune, Black Pearl, Spéciale S. and Marennes Oleron, each of which has its own distinct taste and texture. Les Huîtres Cadoret is a family-run business which has been producing oysters since 1880.  In addition, three locally-sourced oysters from Chonburi, Rayong and Surat Thani, and four options from Ireland, France (Celine and Normandie) and the Netherlands (Zeeuwse) will also be served, giving diners a choice of 13 types of oysters. Reap Factory at Courtyard By Marriott Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is hosting its Easter Sunday Brunch on March 31. The Salad Bar includes Western and Thai salads, plus a selection of antipasti and breads with smoked meats and salmon, premium cheeses and plenty of garnishes and accompaniments. There is also seafood on ice and French and Korean oysters, succulent white shrimp, Andaman rock lobster, blue swimming crab and black mussels, and a dedicated Japanese Station will present hand-cut sushi, sashimi and maki. For the second edition of “Reunion”, chef Thierry Drapeau has invited a star-studded roster of chefs to the theatrical kitchen of his Michelin-starred restaurant at Vie Hotel Bangkok, on March 29-30.
