Jaspal Group, Thailand's renowned leader in fashion and lifestyle, is accepting entries for the Jaspal Group Scholarship Program 2024, until April 19.
Held to commemorate the group's 77th anniversary, the programme is open to aspiring designers from universities nationwide. They must be in their third year of undergraduate studies in a programme related to apparel, fashion or textile design.
They are required to submit sketches of an eight-piece collection on a mood board under the inspiring theme "The Power Of Next", interpreting fashion brands under the Jaspal Group -- including Jaspal, Misty Mynx, CC Double O, Royal Ivy Regatta, CPS Chaps, Lyn, Lyn Around, Jelly Bunny and Quinn -- through each individual's perspective, with design concept explanations.
Five selected finalists will each receive a 100,000 baht scholarship and an internship opportunity, where they will gain practical experience working with renowned brands within the Jaspal Group under the guidance of professional designers and fashion industry experts. This comprehensive experience will prepare students for a successful career as future designers.
In a culminating showcase, they will also bring their innovative visions to life through a fashion show, where they will unveil their full clothing collections. The designer whose collection best encapsulates the "Power Of Next" concept will be granted an additional 150,000 baht scholarship, further empowering their creative journey.
