Thaifex – Anuga Asia 2024, a leading food and beverage trade show in Asia Pacific, will bring exhibitors from 45 countries at Impact Muang Thong Thani from May 28 to June 1.
Hailed as Asia Pacific's leading food and beverage trade show, the five-day event promises to be a vibrant experience and provide traders and buyers from around the globe unique opportunities to explore strategies for enhancing the value of their food and beverage business.
Visitors can expect rich offerings at 11 signature areas covering coffee and tea, drinks, fine foods, food service, food technology, frozen food, fruits and vegetables, meat, rice, seafood, and sweet and confectionery.
This year's special zones will be the Future Food Market, Halal Market, Organic Market, Startup, Taste Innovation Show and Trend Zone.
Set to take centre stage will be Canada, bringing a diverse array of innovative companies to offer health-conscious organic snacks and gourmet condiments, herbal supplements for holistic health, and organic fruits and vegetables. Also expect to explore exceptional agricultural and culinary offerings from the US.
Newcomers to this year's event include Czech Republic, Egypt, Macau, Monaco, North Macedonia, Romania, Uruguay and Yemen. They will join established exhibitors in presenting a truly global feast for the senses.

Debutante is Macau will bring SMEs to showcase distinct flavours and their robust wholesale and distribution network on a global stage.
This is also an opportunity to explore American culinary diversity as the US Department of Agriculture will showcase exhibitors such as the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, USA Dry Pea and Lentil Council, and the California Milk Advisory Board, each spotlighting their unique contribution to America's rich agricultural landscape.
There will also be conferences and seminars on Future Food Experience, the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge and Alternative Protein Flavour And Test Contest. They are designed to spark collaboration and knowledge exchange among industry professionals.
The event is open from 10am to 6pm between May 28 and 31, while members of the public are invited on June 1 from 10am to 8pm.
