A sanctuary in the city at Park Hyatt Bangkok's Pañpuri Organic Spa

The lifestyle brand and the five-star hotel offer a true escape

TRAVEL

You don't have to get out of the city to truly escape from all the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Wellness lifestyle brand Pañpuri and Park Hyatt Bangkok are offering the "One Night In Bangkok At Park Hyatt Bangkok By Pañpuri" programme for those who look to rejuvenate right in the heart of Bangkok.

It's the special edition of Park Hyatt Bangkok's existing "Wellness At The Park" package but comes with an extra touch from Pañpuri and is available until the end of October only.

Located at an intersection between Witthayu and Phleon Chit and adjacent to the Central Embassy, Park Hyatt Bangkok sits in a very prime location. You'll be smack in the middle of one of Bangkok's most vibrant luxurious shopping, dining and entertainment districts. To top it off, with direct access to BTS Phloen Chit, your further exploration of Bangkok is made convenient.

The hotel has a way to help you find your zen from the moment you check in at the lobby on the tenth floor. You'll be greeted with an outdoor reflecting pond and various inspiring artworks. Through floor-to-ceiling windows, you'll have an overlooking view of the land where the British Embassy once stood but now is completely taken over by nature.

With the "One Night In Bangkok At Park Hyatt Bangkok By Pañpuri" programme, guests can enjoy a one-night stay in luxurious accommodation, a full breakfast, a two-course lunch and a 60-minute spa treatment at the Pañpuri Organic Spa where you'll be taken care of from head to toe and your job is to just drift away in bliss. On top of that, guests will also receive special products from Pañpuri's One Night In Bangkok collection, including a body and hand cleanser that helps to purify and protect your skin; an ambience diffuser with a floral and spicy blend of tuberose and black pepper for a unique scent that stimulates and heals; and a milk bath and massage oil which keeps your skin moisturised. All of them will be ready in your room to make your stay at Park Hyatt Bangkok more special.

Speaking of stay, the accommodation of 222 rooms in total at Park Hyatt Bangkok starts sizeable at 48m². You won't feel confined even in the most basic room, thanks to the wall-to-ceiling windows and the thoughtful layout adorned with Thai flair. Every room has a separate soaking tub with a distinctive lotus flower hand-carved into the cream stone wall for luxuriating in a long bath. However, full facilities designed by the world-class New York interior designer Yabu Pushelberg give you plenty of reasons to  explore what the hotel has to offer.

The breakfast affair at the Embassy Room is bountiful with international flavours. Besides the huge spread that you can help yourself to, there's also an ala carte menu for made-to-order dishes such as eggs benedict, khao tom pla with seabass, khai krata, Taiwanese beef noodle soup, smoked salmon bagel and more. Of course, there are plenty of healthy choices such as avocado toast and grilled asparagus with portabello.

A wellness lunch at the restaurant Living Room, also part of the programme, means you can choose a two-course meal from various choices for starter and main. I started with soothing Gazpacho & cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil and finished with spicy Thai Choo chee salmon. On the same floor, you can take a dip in the 40-metre saltwater swimming pool while enjoying the cityscape from the garden terrace.

However, for a true escape from it all, head to the 11th floor for a pampering session at Pañpuri Organic Spa. Its clean and calming interior helps put your mind in serene mode. It promises that "everything that touches you is organic", which means that all materials used that come into contact with your skin, including bed linens, robes, and massage oil, are free of chemicals that may cause irritation or allergies. You can choose a 60-minute spa treatment or a type of massage that suits your needs. You also get to choose from a range of scented massage oils for a desired effect and personalised experience.

Each treatment room feels like a personal cocoon where you have sizeable space to relax, prepare and put your things away. After your treatment, you'll get to relax on a big daybed while enjoying refreshments and the city view through floor-to-ceiling windows. Attentive therapists and the adjustable thermal beds are the icing on the cake.

If convenience, luxury, relaxation and well-being are what you look for in the next getaway, book this programme by calling 02-012-1234 or emailing bkkph-reservations@hyatt.com.
