Christmas Eve (Sun, 24 Dec)

Brasserie Europa presents an extravagant traditional buffet dinner including Raw Bar with three types of oysters; Atlantic lobster; snow crab; king crab; squid; queenie scallops; baby octopus.

Plus honey-glazed ham; roast butterball turkey; Angus beef fillet Rossini; poached lobster/yellow wine; caviar and roast duck breast/chestnuts and plums.

Desserts incl Dresdner stollen; mine pies; plum pudding; British Christmas cookies; chocolate chestnut yule log; oven roasted marzipan apple; festive fruit cake; chocolate fudge cake; macaroons.

Dine elegantly indoors or enjoy the cool breeze and fresh al fresco.

Christmas Day (Mon, 25 Dec)

Brasserie Europa presents an extravagant buffet with traditional European Christmas items in an elegant indoor setting or al fresco overlooking the gardens and pools.

Highlights include a ‘Foie Gras Station’ featuring terrine, pan-fried, brioche, fig and éclair, game pâté and chicken liver parfait with truffles. ‘Cured Meats Station’ includes 36 months 5J Pata Negra ham, pan tumaca, beef Cecina de Leon, black truffle salami and 36 months Culatello.

‘Seafood on Ice’ includes freshwater prawns, snow crab claws, Alaskan king crab, North Atlantic lobster, queenie scallops (in-shell) and three types of oysters.

Plus roast butterball turkey with red cabbage, chestnut stuffing, Brussels sprouts, giblets gravy, cranberry sauce and bacon chipolatas; roast Angus beef rib with rosemary roast potatoes, honey-glazed parsnips, glazed carrots and red wine jus, and roast leg of lamb with Boulanger potatoes.

The feast ends perfectly with classic Christmas delights such as Dresdner stollen; Italian Christmas cookies; traditional chocolate chestnut yule log; mulled wine berries; festive decorated fruit cake; butterscotch pecan log; festive enhanced macaroon and freshly-made crêpe suzette.
