MARK HIZNAY ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF THE ARMS DIVISION OF HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH
Mark Hiznay is the Associate Director of the Arms Division of Human Rights Watch, where he provides expertise on military operations and weapons technology. He was lead ban editor of Landmine Monitor 2016, a publication of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines, which Human Rights Watch co-founded and chairs.
