The South China Morning Post reports that the third-party website, which was originally connected with HSBC, had expired and, naturally, taken over by a porn page.

The Transport Ministry launched the initiative after receiving reports that some Chinese nationals drove on the wrong side of the road and didn't seem familiar with traffic regulations, according to the Bangkok Post. Thailand is currently experiencing high numbers of Chinese nationals who drive into the country through Chiang Khong, a district which borders Laos and is near Yunnan province in China. The hour-long class comprises reviews of Thai driving rules and road signs, along with information about who to contact in case of an accident. All drivers will be required to attend (and pass) the course before they can continue on their journey.
