34-year-old Rakkiat Lertjitsakul is the artist responsible for the temple's sudden fame.
Khun Rakkiat was commissioned to paint the temple murals over a period of 6 years. While doing so he decided to add a touch of humour to his art - he added pictures of the popular cartoon character Doraemon to four mural scenes.
Can you find Doraemon in all the pictures?
The artist hopes that by including Doraemon alongside religion it will encourage children to attend the temple.
Following the completion of the mural khun Rakkiat has stated that he won't be adding any more pictures of Doraemon to his art.
