Property Perfect showcases the sale of its first condominium project in Japan, “YU Kiroro”, marking the milestone sales of 1.8 billion baht, or over 50% of available units. The project, with construction scheduled to complete within this December, has gained exceeded attention from high-end customers, especially Asian and Thai investors. The company expects to close sale of this project by next year.
YU Kiroro is located in the same area with the tranquil “Kiroro” Ski Resort, the world’s leading center of activities and accommodations.

“The project has gained high attention from high-end customers as it is situated in the same area with “Kiroro” Ski Resort in the heart of Hokkaido. The one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, with prices ranged between 24 and 40 million baht, are the most popular products as they are suitable not only for the accommodation but also for the investment, particularly during this period when Japanese yen is weak. Therefore, visionary investors, especially those from Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan, have taken the opportunity to reserve units in the early stage of construction. This is because Hokkaido is the popular destination for these customers as supported by convenient transportation with over 30 direct flights from several countries in Asia to the New Chitose Airport.
