1 Bedroom (62 sq.m)

“The project has gained high attention from high-end customers as it is situated in the same area with “Kiroro” Ski Resort in the heart of Hokkaido. The one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, with prices ranged between 24 and 40 million baht, are the most popular products as they are suitable not only for the accommodation but also for the investment, particularly during this period when Japanese yen is weak. Therefore, visionary investors, especially those from Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan, have taken the opportunity to reserve units in the early stage of construction. This is because Hokkaido is the popular destination for these customers as supported by convenient transportation with over 30 direct flights from several countries in Asia to the New Chitose Airport. The project is also well-received among Thai customers as around half of total buyers are Thais. The response from Thais is exceptional.”

The project offers superb services such as ski valet, indoor/outdoor onsen, 24-hour concierge, fitness center, lounge and all day dining.

“YU Kiroro” is an outstanding residence with its unique ski-in ski-out luxury from the front of the building. It offers the seclusion privacy for year round living, located inside “Kiroro” Ski Resort on the enviable valley in the heart of Hokkaido, surrounded by stunning breathtaking natural beauty with soft and thick powder snow, accumulated at 20 meters of snow depth during the winter. There are also various interesting recreation activities in the summer. Kiroro has rapidly become the rising popular tourist destination for all groups of travelers in Asia.

In addition, Property Perfect also outlines the roadmap for the development of Kiroro Resort to its full potential within five years. The master plan aims to create a comprehensive tourist destination and residency which will comprise luxury villas, townhomes and apartments, surrounded the entrance. The project will be in close proximity to the ski center and the first leading ski club in Hokkaido which guests can ski from their residents to shops, restaurants and other servicing facilities. They can ski in the resort area where situated restaurants, shops, equipment center for mountain activities and be able to go out for other outdoor activities as well as conveniently travel to nearby tourist attractions.
