Property developer Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC) has announced that The Forestias registered over 7 billion baht in new home sales during the last three months, pushing total deposited project sales to over 13 billion baht.

The Forestias is a 398-rai (64-hectare) development located on Bangna-Trad Road Km7 on the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).

"In the last three months, more people have purchased homes at The Forestias than in the three years since we announced the project as a town that will put the health of its residents first and where everything is designed from the ground up, for healthier and happier living," said Kittiphun Ouiyamaphun, project director of The Forestias.

"The heightened awareness of good health created by Covid-19 as well as an increased sense of family bonding from lifestyle changes imposed by the pandemic have made our offer of a community that is close to nature that allows multiple generations to live within easy reach of each other extremely relevant at this time."

Mr Kittiphun says that the recent opening of Foster+Partners' Forest Pavilion, which features 11 sample units from three residential components, has also attracted potential buyers to visit the site.

The Forestias has seven different residential components, offering homes from around 5 million baht to 250 million baht.

Among residential components within The Forestias, Mulberry Grove Condominiums and Villas have been the best-selling unit with more than 6.3 billion baht in total sold.

The Forestias is scheduled to have all its components completed within the first half of 2024.
