BG Pathum United host Nakhon Ratchasima in Thai League 1 on Sunday as the Rabbits continue their bid for an unbeaten season after winning the title.

Pathum claimed their maiden T1 crown last week with six games to spare -- a new record.

The Rabbits maintained their undefeated run with a 1-0 victory at Chonburi on Thursday with Pathompon Charoenrattanapirom scoring the winner.

Coach Dusit Chalermsan is likely to rotate his squad as teams have been playing two matches a week since last month.

Dusit may rest veteran striker Diogo Luis Santo who started against Chonburi.

Nakhon Ratchasima, who are ninth, are fresh from thrashing Muang Thong United 4-1 in midweek.

Muang Thong, meanwhile, will try to bounce back from the embarrassing defeat when they host dethroned champions Chiang Rai United on Saturday.

Both sides need a win to keep alive their slim chance of finishing in the top three for a place in the 2022 AFC Champions League play-offs.

The T1 winners and FA Cup champions earn direct entries to the 2022 ACL group stage.

At the other end of the table, Trat, who are second from last, are at home to PT Prachaup on Saturday.

Sukhothai host relegated Rayong on Saturday, while Suphanburi visit Ratchaburi on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) on Friday confirmed centralised venues for the continent's qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup.

The rescheduled matches will take place from May 31 to June 15.

The United Arab Emirates has been selected as the host for Group G which consists of the UAE, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

Thailand will meet Indonesia on June 3, the UAE on June 7 and Malaysia on June 15.

Meanwhile, South Korea will host North Korea for a series of World Cup qualifying matches.

South Korea is one of eight countries hosting their respective Asian qualifying groups, in a new format intended to reduce coronavirus risks.
