Fans of One Championship's all-striking league, One Super Series, saw plenty of knockout action over the past 12 months.

Whether under kickboxing or Muay Thai rules, many of these highlight-reel finishes featured some of Thailand's top strikers.

Before 2022 begins, we look back at three of the best knockouts from the Thais competing in One.

3. Capitan KOs Ramazanov

Capitan Petchyindee Academy kicked off the year with a dominant performance against then-titleholder Alaverdi "Babyface Killer" Ramazanov.

The two men met at One: Unbreakable on Jan 22 in Singapore. The usual bouncy Ramazanov jumped in and out of range, trying to tag Capitan with unorthodox strikes. However, the Thai kept his composure and walked down the Russian.

Capitan chopped away at his opponent's legs with calf kicks before starching him with a straight right to score the knockout victory and become the new One bantamweight kickboxing world champion.

Since then, Capitan defended his crown one more time against Mehdi "Diamond Heart" Zatout.

2. Saemapetch KOs Kulabdam

Three months after Capitan dusted off Ramazanov, Saemapetch Fairtex faced compatriot "The Left Meteorite" Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai in April at One: Full Blast, also in Singapore.

The duo battled under bantamweight Muay Thai rules, and Saemapetch made quick work of his dangerous opponent.

The finish came at the 2:12 mark of the opening round, when the Fairtex man swung a straight right into Kulabdam's body, crumbling him where he stood.

1. Superbon KOs Petrosyan

Superbon tops the list of 2021 best knockouts for Thai fighters in One with his devastating finish of kickboxing legend Giorgio "The Doctor" Petrosyan.

The Thai claimed that the No.1 ranked featherweight had been ducking him before the two finally entered the circle against each other at One: First Strike in October at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Petrosyan began the bout throwing his usual fast and hard straight lefts.

However, Superbon figured out the Italian's timing and launched a left kick at his opponent. His foot smacked against Petrosyan's jaw, and the latter went down instantly.

The round-two finish earned Superbon the inaugural One featherweight kickboxing world title and the prestige of defeating the sport's GOAT.
