True Bangkok United secured a dramatic 1-1 draw at Port thanks to a last-gasp goal in Thai League 1 on Sunday night.
Midfielder Thitiphan Puangchan's equaliser in injury time earned the Angels a crucial point which sent them to the top of the table.
The capital side have 33 points, one ahead of Buriram United who have played a game less.
Port coach Sarawut Treephan fielded striker Adisak Kraisorn, who is on loan from Muang Thong United, in the starting line-up and the Thailand international opened the scoring after 41 minutes.
Before Thitiphan scored, Port players stopped playing as a linesman raised his flag to signal offside but Bangkok United players did not.
After a VAR review, the goal was ruled valid.
