Singapore: Thai kickboxer Sitthichai "Killer Kid" Sitsongpeenong booked his spot in the One featherweight kickboxing World Grand Prix final after beating a tough-as-nails striking ace at the weekend.

Sitthichai defeated Davit Kiria by unanimous decision in their tournament semi-final bout at One: Only The Brave at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

From the onset, the Killer Kid used his precise knees, kicks, and punches to unsettle Kiria, who showed hesitation with his attacks.

The Thai also answered with precise counter-strikes when the Georgian tried to initiate exchanges.

Sitthichai even scored an eight-count over his opponent in round two courtesy of a left high kick, which all but solidified his third victory over Kiria, a man he has a history with since 2015.

Next up, Sitthichai faces Azerbaijani-Belarusian Chingiz "Chinga" Allazov, who won his semi-final bout earlier on the same night.

The Grand Prix final will take place at One X on March 26 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

In the other One: Only The Brave main card fights, Chingiz Allazov defeated Jo Nattawut via knockout at 1:55 minute of round one; Zhang Lipeng beat Ruslan Emilbek Uulu via knockout at 32 seconds of round one; Rade Opacic defeated Francesko Xhaja via TKO at 2:00 minutes of round two; Hiroyuki Tetsuka beat Edson Marques via knockout at 1:05 minute of round three, and Jarred Brooks defeated Hiroba Minowa via unanimous decision.
