Singapore: John Wayne Parr is preparing to finish a long and storied career with one final fight.
The multiple-time kickboxing and Muay Thai world champion takes on former One lightweight world champion Eduard Folayang in a unique Muay Thai against wushu fight.
The battle will take place at One X on March 26 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
The One Super Series Muay Thai fight will potentially allow "The Gunslinger" to end his career with his 100th win.
However, it will also allow Folayang to display his impressive wushu skills and bring his well-honed MMA experience to the table.
As a multiple-time kickboxing and Muay Thai world champion, Parr has defeated some of the sport's most well-known figures like Jean-Charles Skarbowsky and Yodsanklai Fairtex.
He stepped into the ring with many established contenders such as Cosme Alexandre and Brad Riddell.
A lover of the sport, "JWP" has had a remarkable three-decades-long professional career.
While it may feel unreal for fans of the sport, the fight veteran has chosen to call it a day.
Parr has had an incredible career with numerous accolades and accomplishments, and he has competed in multiple corners of martial arts.

"Landslide" Folayang is a Filipino wushu expert with over 10 major medals in the sport, including three gold medals at the SEA Games.
Additionally, he has been crowned the One lightweight world champion three times due to his strength as a striker.
Folayang will make his One Super Series Muay Thai debut at One X in March, with the possibility of steering the fight with the legendary Muay Thai fighter in such a way that it will go down in the history books.
While he has only competed in mixed martial arts throughout his One Championship career, Folayang has an incredible stand-up game that may prove to be a real challenge for Parr.
It will also be a great opportunity for fans to see two battle-tested competitors with completely different striking styles going head-to-head.
