Rodtang Jitmuangnon is hard at work, preparing for his One flyweight Muay Thai World Grand Prix semi-final battle with Savvas Michael, which will take place at One 161: Moraes v Johnson II on Aug 26 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

However, anyone who knows "The Iron Man" understands that the One flyweight Muay Thai world champion isn't all work and no play.

Most recently, the 24-year-old sparred with Shane Fazen, a popular social media influencer from FightTips who shares breakdowns and analyses of fighters' training and performances and gives helpful tips for those who want to better their technique.

Fazen shared a clip on his Instagram account of the playful, yet intense, session he had with the Thai superstar.

Viewers can see Rodtang land several precise punches on the influencer before clinching him closely and dancing around him.

Despite Rodtang's sweeps and strikes, the social media star looked to have taken the punishment in his stride and was all smiles throughout.

It has been an exciting year for the Muay Thai phenom.

He faced MMA icon Demetrious Johnson in a special rules super-fight at One X in March, taking him on under both Muay Thai and mixed martial arts rules.

The American veteran took the win on that occasion, but Rodtang made it clear that he enjoyed the experience.

The Thai then returned to One's global stage in May to take part in the Grand Prix quarter-finals.

He outclassed Jacob Smith to claim a unanimous decision victory and book his spot in the semi-finals.

His next opponent Michael will be a more difficult challenge. The Cypriot star put on an impressive performance against Amir Naseri in their quarter-final bout to score a unanimous decision win.

Michael will be out to prove that he can step up to the world champion. If his performance is anything like Fazen's, Rodtang won't have much to worry about.
