Mixed doubles duo Dechapol Puavaranukroh and Sapsiree Taerattanachai beat Mark Lamsfuss and Isabel Lohau 21-13, 21-18.
In in the men's singles, Kunlavut Vitidsarn saw off Kai Schaefer 21-10, 21-18.
In the women's doubles, Jongkolphan Kititharakul and Rawinda Prajongjai defeated Stine Kuespert and Emma Moszczynski 21-13, 21-12.
In the women's singles, Pornpawee Chochuwong beat Yvonne Li 21-7, 21-12.
In the men's doubles, Supak Jomkoh and Kittinupong Kedren lost to Mark Lamsfuss and Marvin Seidel 12-21, 21-13, 12-21.
In the other Group B match, Indonesia cruised past Canada 5-0.
Thailand next play Canada and Indonesia take on Germany on Tuesday.
The top two teams in each of the four groups advance to the quarter-finals of the mixed team competition.
