Universal Robots, a leader in collaborative robots, or cobots, is hosting "Collaborate APAC 2022", the largest such conference in the Asia Pacific region, at The Athenee Hotel, Witthayu Road, tomorrow from 9am to 5pm.

Held under the theme "Redefining Automation To Stay Ahead Of The Curve", the one-day conference will offer key insights into post-pandemic manufacturing trends and the evolution of how automation is changing the future of work. Industry leaders will be sharing both local and international outlooks of the market.

On display will be cobot applications from UR+, an ecosystem of certified partners and system integrators with products and solutions designed to integrate seamlessly with the robot. An array of components, grippers, software and safety accessories that seamlessly integrate with UR cobots will also be featured.

Visitors will discover new concepts and approaches to automation involving the perfect human-robot collaboration and take a deep dive into successful cobot deployments in assembly, dispensing, finishing, machine tending, material handling, material removal, quality inspection, palletising, welding and more.

The key benefits of cobots will be presented in live demonstrations to explain how businesses can adopt automation with ease.

The new UR20 cobot will be making its debut at the event and attendees will experience first-hand how it loads and unloads heavy workpieces into a machine fixture requiring long reach.

Experts from the industry will share their experiences in several keynote presentations conducted in English and simultaneously translated into Thai. Visitors can listen to application stories, ask questions and prepare for business gains from the concentration of cobot knowledge.

There is no admission fee. To register, visit universal-robots.com.
