Princess Soamsawali suffers intracerebral haemorrhage

Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali has been admitted at Chulalongkorn hospital for medical treatment, according to the Bureau of the Royal Household.

The medical team which provided treatment for HRH Princess Soamsawali reported that the princess on Friday suffered a headache and sudden weakness to her left side, according to the bureau's statement released Saturday.

A CT scan found that the princess had suffered a brain haemorrhage and the medical team has administered drugs and will continue to monitor her condition closely over the coming days.

The team then advised the princess be admitted to Chulalongkorn hospital for treatment and that she should suspend all royal activities for the time being, according to the bureau.
