Ajinomoto heightens opportunity for people with disabilities from APCD

Ajinomoto Cooking Club led by Mr. Naoto Minemura (5th from right), Managing Director of Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd. welcomes Mr. Piroon Laisamit (5th from left), Executive Director of Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD) and Mr. Christopher Benjakul (3rd from left), Public Relations Officer of APCD and Manager of “the 60 Plus Bakery Project”, together with 40 disabled persons in “APCD Skills Development Training for Persons with Disabilities: Hotel Business 2019 Project” to learning nutrition knowledge and cooking technique via menu ‘Pork-Chicken Teriyaki Don with Shoyu Boiled Egg’ by using Takumi-Aji Shoyu and Takumi-Aji Teriyaki, lectured by Asst. Prof. Chutchanok Boonchai (4th from left), a specialist from the Science Program of Nutrition and Culinary, Suan Dusit University. This activity aims to develop skills and heighten work opportunities for disabled persons. Apart from quality products delivering to consumers, the Ajinomoto Group also promotes healthy living society in accordance with the “Ajinomoto Group Creating Shared Value (ASV)” policy.

The activity was recently held at Ajinomoto Cooking Club, Si Ayutthaya Building, Bangkok.
