MQDC wins 17 trophies at Thailand Property Awards

With ‘special recognition’ for CSR, sustainability, design & construction

27 August 2019, Bangkok – MQDC triumphed at the 2019 Thailand Property Awards, landing 17 prizes at the event’s gala presentation at The Athenee Hotel.

MQDC won 4 awards as a developer and took a further 13 gold trophies for ongoing projects: Whizdom Asoke-Sukhumvit, Mulberry Grove, The Aspen Tree, and Whizdom The Forestias.

MQDC CEO Mr. Visit Malaisirirat said the bumper award tally reflected the company’s commitment to quality and sustainability under its corporate philosophy ‘for all well-being’.

“MQDC strives to design and build to the highest standards to fulfil our vision ‘for all well-being’,” he said.

“We aim to provide well-being not only to our residents but to society at large. And not only to humankind but to all nature. We’re delighted to receive these 17 top awards, which can help 

spread our vision and values. We look forward to representing Thailand in the upcoming regional awards.”

MQDC won ‘special recognition’ awards for CSR, sustainable development, and design and construction. The developer also took the ‘Right to Play for Community Projects Award’, for its outreach efforts beyond development sites.

MQDC’s Whizdom Asoke-Sukhumvit took 4 trophies. The upscale 39-storey condominium overlooking Benjakitti Park was chosen as ‘Best Ultra Luxury Condo Development (Bangkok). The project also received gold awards for design, interior design, and its ‘smart home’ features.

Mulberry Grove, a new brand dedicated to ‘intergeneration family living’, added 7 awards to MQDC’s impressive prize haul.

Mulberry Grove at The Forestias, a sustainable green district that MQDC is developing across 119 acres at Bangna, was rated best in luxury architecture and landscape design for both villas and condominiums.

Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit, an upscale city condominium, won for ‘universal design’ and luxury condo interior design and was highly commended for luxury condo architecture.

Whizdom The Forestias, which is bringing MQDC’s new-generation brand to a forest setting, was this year’s ‘Best Green Development’. The project was also ‘Best Mid-End Condo Interior Design’ and highly commended for Mid-End Condo Architectural Design.

The Aspen Tree, a specialist in aging-in-place, won for best senior living architecture design.

The PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, this year in its 14th edition, claim to be the kingdom’s long-running and most prestigious real estate award program, with an independent judging panel that conducts site inspections on shortlisted projects.
