Nine West strives for comeback with new strategy

Nine West, a world-renowned fashion footwear, handbag and apparel brand based in the USA, is making a major comeback to Thailand with a new and exciting marketing push.

After waiting for more than a year, girls are now able to enjoy classy designs by the American brand. MAP Active relaunched Nine West with the “Summer Collection 2019” in mid July 2019, presenting a continuation of the successful “Stay Golden” campaign from the Spring collection. The campaign celebrates sisterhood and empowers women to take on the world in style through Herieth Paul, a supermodel who also volunteers at her mother's orphanage in her native Tanzania, which provides English education to children, and helps kids in New York City.

The next campaign, the “Fall Collection 2019”, continues its emphasis on inspiring and empowering women and has Tyra Banks as the new face and Global Brand Ambassador. She is set to star in the Groundbreakers campaign, which will launch in October, celebrating the power of women.

Nine West is now available from the women’s footwear zone at leading department stories including Siam Paragon, Siam Takashimaya at Iconsiam, Emporium, The Mall Bangkapi, Central Chidlom, Zen at CentralWorld, Central Ladprao, Central Bangna, Silom Complex, Central Pinklao, Central Festival Pattaya Beach and Central Phuket. The brand is planning to open a standalone shop next year, which will stock an even greater variety of products.
