9 December 2019, Bangkok – MQDC secured 8 trophies at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, ensuring a strong showing for Thailand at the regional awards, presented at a glittering gala at The Athenee Hotel.

MQDC took its 8 awards with 4 of its upcoming residential developments: Whizdom The Forestias, Mulberry Grove The Forestias (Condo), Mulberry Grove The Forestias (Villa), and Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit.

These prizes show how Thailand property can compete in quality across Asia, said Mr. Visit Malaisirirat, CEO of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC).

“MQDC is honored and delighted to have 8 trophies at the Asia Property Awards,” he said

“Our Whizdom and Mulberry Grove brands have won deserved recognition for their realization of the company’s founding commitment ‘For All Well-Being’ in residences that ensure happy, healthy lifestyles while enhancing their surroundings and conserving ecosystems.”

MQDC collected the lion’s share of Thailand’s trophy haul at regional level by driving innovation in lifestyle and well-being, said Mr. Jules Kay, managing director of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.

“MQDC's accolades in areas such as ‘residential green development’, ‘landscape architectural design’, and ‘universal design’, as well as interior and architectural design, speak to a more holistic approach to development,” he said.

“I congratulate MQDC on its success in this regional competition that celebrates the finest Asian real estate. They stand proud amongst the best developers from across this dynamic region’s many markets. Our international panel of experts was clearly won over by their sophisticated approach to making better living a reality.”

Whizdom The Forestias and Mulberry Grove The Forestias are being developed at The Forestias, a 300-rai neighborhood that MQDC is creating at Bang Na under the concept ‘The Enchanted Community District in the Forest’, with a pioneering integration of communities with natural ecosystems.

Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit is a high-rise, super-luxury condominium on Sukhumvit, designed to meet the needs of every generation with its extensive facilities and services. The project is located near Ekkamai Skytrain station.

Whizdom caters for connected, new-generation lifestyles. Mulberry Grove provides Thailand’s first super-luxury intergeneration family residences, dedicated to reviving the joy of living in an extended family.

PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards describes itself as Asia’s longest-running and most respected real estate awards series. Now in its 14th year, the event gathered 150 nominees for its Grand Final from national contests held through the year.
