Mahidol University International College (MUIC) welcomed 170 inbound exchange and visiting students who enrolled
in Trimester 2/2019-2020 and gave them an orientation on MUIC policies along with useful tips on living in Thailand on January 3, 2020 at the Auditorium, MUIC Building 1.
The students, who hailed from different countries including Australia, Germany, United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Switzerland, Japan and others, listened to
Assoc. Prof. Chulathida Chomchai, MD, MUIC Dean, when she gave a welcome speech and provided general information on how to stay safe and healthy while studying in Thailand.

Dr. Alexander Nanni, Associate Dean for International Affairs, MUIC lecturers and staff members gave presentations that would be useful for the international students including MUIC’s academic policies and student services along with a crash course on Thai language and culture.
Afterwards, the students watched a Thai cultural show at Siam Niramit in downtown Bangkok.
The Student Exchange Unit organized the event.
