“Asia Cab” provides Taxis under London standard with the drivers serving medical personnel for supporting the operations to take the fight to Covid-19.

“Asia Cab” cooperates in taking the fight to Covid-19. It provides “Cabb”, having the prototype from London taxi with drivers serving medical personnel as well as supporting the operations of Siriraj Hospital, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital and Thammasat University Hospital. It encourages users’ confidence with good cars, services and drivers under the company’s high standards. In addition, it offers a good preventive measure against Covid-19 infection.

Assist. Prof. Dr. Sarayut Rueangsuwan, Chief Executive Officer of Asia Cab Co., Ltd., the manufacturer and operator of "CABB” brand public taxi service, mentioned that, “The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has not been resolved yet. Therefore, Asia Cab wishes to support the work of doctors, nurses and medical personnel as well as encourage various operations of hospitals by providing Cabb Taxis with drivers to service three hospitals, namely, Siriraj Hospital, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital and Thammasat University Hospital, with two taxis per hospital, free of charge. In addition, the C.A.S. Group, the parent company of Asia Cab made a donation of 500,000 baht to each of the above hospitals, totalling 1,500,000 baht, to purchase medical equipment and supplies for the treatment of COVID-19 patients.”

“It is the intention of Asia Cab to be part of supporting and encouraging the work of medical personnel as an important outpost to fight against COVID-19 virus and help those dedicated to taking care of the infected people. We hope that Cabb will help medical personnel not to worry about the risk of infection on public transport since Cabb taxis are designed with separate air conditioning system for the driver and passengers. A security partition between the driver and passenger areas is a safety feature of Cabb Taxi. An intercom system is used for the driver and passengers to communicate. As for the drivers, they are well-trained to the highest Japanese standard. Most importantly, all drivers must pass 13 medical examinations and have their body temperature taken every morning starting providing services. The service taxis are sprayed with disinfectant including the car seats and various buttons.”

“Ozone is used to disinfect and refresh the entire interior of the vehicle after delivering the passenger and alcohol sanitizer gel is provided. Cabb also provides passengers USB charger plus and free WIFI throughout the journey.”
