“Enrich” reveals its 2020 plan to cooperate with Japanese investment in luxury single home market

“Enrich”, a group of Thai real estate experts and developers in luxury single homes, is cooperating with Saibu Gas, Japan’s leading energy company, to establish a joint venture with SG Enrich Co., Ltd. to invest in the luxury real estate market.

This comes as quite a challenging mission for developers to set off a new trend for a new lifestyle according to the 2020 plan and a project to develop a new genre for luxury single home, The MARQ Exquisite Ratchaphruek – CharanSanitvong.

Ms. Suphicha Nutsuwanpol, Business Office Director of Enrich Group, announces that, “Enrich Group is still firmly on track in developing a new project in 2020, as planned, focusing on creating residences based on a ‘Guiding You to Practical Living’ concept through the use of space and functions for everyone in the family. Every project by Enrich displays outstanding unique design and is in harmony with the latest trend in today’s homes.

Now the Enrich Group has announced its joint venture with a 90 year-old Saibu Gas Co., Ltd., Japan, a leading investment company in energy, supplying and selling natural gas in Japan and various other businesses, including real estate. That being said, Saibu Gas sees real estate business in Thailand as one of its most important plans for developing properties abroad.

Through this cooperation, a joint venture company, SG Enrich Co., Ltd. was established to jointly develop a luxury single home project, The MARQ Exquisite Ratchaphruek – CharanSanitvong, which is due to be completed by the second quarter of this year.

Saibu Gas’ executives stated that the company intends to expand its business into the ASEAN countries because of their prominence in economic development. The company previously joint ventured in real estate business in the Philippines and learned about Thailand’s real estate business from entrepreneurs and various financial institutions here. After a business visit to Thailand they met Enrich and were impressed with its accomplishments, including trendsetting architectural designs, meticulous details in functions and use of the space, and new creative ideas. Moreover, Enrich’s networks of companies’ business management reflects a new trend of business that caters to the true need of the market and promising marketing strategies to accommodate its target groups.
