Set from August to October, the three-month-long gastronautical series highlights an emphasis on clean flavours of Mediterranean cuisine through delectable dining creations of different chefs of European nationalities. Begin your dining voyage in August and look forward to “Culinaria Cruising Throughout Italy” at Don Giovanni Restaurant. The Trattoria’s Chef de Cuisine Stefano Zaninelli prepares to welcome one of the most-popular artisan pasta makers, Pastificio Fratelli Romani, serving up a new range of Mediterranean-inspired creations.
