Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited or “FPT”, the first company with a fully integrated real estate platform in Thailand, has introduced the use of UV-disinfecting autonomous mobile robots at all properties, across the company’s residential, industrial and commercial divisions. Together with PBA Robotics (Thailand) (“PBA”), a joint venture company between FPT and PBA Group, the AMRs – called Sunburst UV Bots – have been adopted as part of a series of measures undertaken by FPT to fight against the new wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The AMR is designed to automate the labour intensive process of manually disinfecting public spaces with high accuracy. The robot can eliminate 99.90% of bacteria and viruses - both airborne and droplet varieties - by delivering the precise dosage of UVC energy. The technology is much safer than traditional cleaning methods as it requires no human interaction to operate and leaves no residual chemicals.
The Sunburst UV Bots have been introduced to the residential asset class at Grand Rama 2, the industrial asset class in Bangplee area, the commercial asset class at Samyan Mitrtown, as well as at the company’s Mitrtown Office.
