Hishine Development Group Ltd., a specialist in worldwide real estate development for more than 20 years, pushed ahead with the construction of Regal Sukhumvit 76 by organising a ground-breaking ceremony.
Presiding over the event were Mr. Wanchai Kongkasem, Governor of Samut Prakan, and Mr. Yongsak Rojanarangrong, Managing Director, Hishine Development Group. The Regal Sukhumvit 76 is the first mixed-use project located between Bearing and Samrong Skytrain stations. The project began construction following approval from the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP), the government body responsible for environmental impact assessments.
