Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd., the Joint Developer of One Bangkok and Development Manager of The PARQ, we!park, a partner of the Green Bangkok 2030 initiative of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), and the International Urban and Regional Cooperation (IURC) programme of the European Union, invites you to join “New Green Possibilities” international online forum – Business Talk on the topic of “Green Business Pathway”, as part of Bangkok Design Week 2021.

“New Green Possibilities” international online forum aims to raise awareness and spark public conversation on green space development and policy. It will do this through exchanges of case studies between key urban players such as policymakers, networks, designers and real estate developers. Together, they will explore new possibilities for developing high-quality and sustainable green spaces in urban areas through a participatory design process, with the objective of meeting the goals of the Green Bangkok 2030 initiative. 

The Business Talk “Green Business Pathway” covers the issue of allocating private real estate for public use, development of green public spaces in partnership with BMA, and expansion of green space in public areas of the CBD to enhance the quality of urban life. The discussion will bring together five qualified representatives from the private sector and state enterprises as speakers. The panel will be led by Worawat Srisa-an, Deputy CEO, Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd., who will share his views on the topic of “Privately Owned Public Spaces”. The talk will cover essential elements of public green spaces and development of well-connected footpath and sidewalks based on international standards for pedestrian convenience. The talk will focus primarily on promoting health and well-being of people both physically and mentally, as well as cooperation between public and private sectors, with the aim of making Bangkok a dream city and building pleasant, sustainable communities.
