Thailand’s first wireless telegraph system is installed and operated by B.Grimm on the road that was later named Wireless Road.

1931

King Rama VII made a trip to Europe in 1931 and met Mr. Adolf Link (right) and Mr. Krupp (2nd right). Later, B.Grimm imported diesel hydraulic locomotives and steel rails from Krupp into Thailand.

HRH Prince Prem Purachattra, King Rama V’s grandson, made the first long-distance phone call from Germany to his father in Siam.

B.Grimm & Siemens signed a contract to supply turnkey systems to Bangkok’s first electrical mass transit system (BTS).

Thailand Equestrian Team OLYMPICS 2020

Harald Link, as president of the Thailand Equestrian Federation, has raised the standards of the sport in the region. Thailand made history by sending the first Thai national equestrian team to compete in the Tokyo Olympics 2020.

As chairman of RBSO, Harald Link leads the foundation through its fourth decade, with a mission to cultivate classical music among the younger generation and make classical music accessible to all.
