HotPlay seals partnership with a data-and-artificial-intelligence-driven ad agency, ADA, hoping to strengthen advertising campaigns and expand its customer portfolios

Looks to strengthen advertising campaigns and expand customer portfolios

HotPlay, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NextPlay Technologies Inc., announced the signing of a strategic partnership with ADA, a digital marketing agency.

ADA specialises in data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI), allowing HotPlay to enhance its service offerings for both advertisers and game developers.

According to HotPlay, this move is part of the company’s growth strategy as it seeks to strengthen its in-game advertising services. By combining the strengths of both parties, this collaboration will help HotPlay expand its service offerings to a broader pool of advertisers and better serve them.

This collaboration with HotPlay will allow ADA to help its customers by connecting them to a larger group of gamers. According to newzoo.com, there are up to 32 million gamers in Thailand currently.

Moreover, the synergy of the strategic partnership between HotPlay and ADA will support increased business expansion by connecting HotPlay to land advertising service offerings for several key sectors, including leading retailers and e-commerce operators in Thailand, and expand coverage to other countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

HotPlay offers non-intrusive in-game ads that are part of the game characters and game elements. It can also help advertisers enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by offering reward coupons that bring relevant real world benefits to gamers. This helps brands increase their conversion rate and win new customers while game developers can use the platform as an alternative monetisation channel.

Nithinan Boonyawattanapisut, NextPlay’s co-CEO comments, “HotPlay will continue to develop non-intrusive and meaningful in-game advertisements to bring enhanced values to its consumers. Besides the  high effectiveness in terms of conversion of HotPlay’s campaigns, the team also emphasises delivering seamless digital advertisements that speak to creativity and become something memorable that advertisers leave imprinted in the customers’ mind.”
