Nirvana launches 'Pay Less, Get More'

campaign in response to BoT’s LTV measures

Nirvana moves ahead with a big marketing activity through 'Pay Less, Get More’, a campaign offering a chance for potential homebuyers to own a house more easily in its eight ready-to-move-in projects, including single houses, townhomes, and home offices.

Customers can choose a ready-to-move-in house on a real plot with the best offer. A special event "Nirvana Payday" will also be held during 11-14 November at the sales office of every project. This is in response to the government’s policy to reopen the country to welcome foreign tourists. Another supporting factor comes from the Bank of Thailand (BoT)'s measures to relax the loan-to-value (LTV) criteria until the end of 2022, which is expected to boost purchasing power of homebuyers.

Mr. Sornsak Somwattana, Chief Executive Officer of Nirvana Daii Public Company Limited or ‘NVD’, revealed that the company is rolling out a major promotion campaign in the last quarter of the year. The 'Nirvana Pay Less, Get More' campaign encourages customers to buy now and get the best offer, by bringing eight ready-to-move-in projects, including single houses, townhomes, and home offices, which are all high-end projects with natural modern design to fit the lifestyle of new-generation people, under the ‘Living Revolution’ concept, with starting prices of 8.9-40 million baht, to organise a special promotion of the year ending on 31 December 2021.

The details of this special promotional campaign will focus on reducing the burden of monthly instalments to be as low as 10,300 baht per month for a period of 24 months, coupled with the BoT’s new LTV measures which allow customers or investors to get 100% loan in every contract. Furthermore, the company also offers cashback from purchases up to 3 million baht and helps further by halving the expenses of making a reservation and doing a contract. It will charge no expenses on the day of ownership transfer to make it easier for customers to own a house. At the same time, 'Nirvana Payday' activity takes place every day during 11-14 November 2021 at the sales office of every project. Interested customers can visit the site and choose a ready-to-move-in house they really want.

Eight projects participating the campaign include: 1) Nirvana Beyond single house project at Rama 9 – Krungthep Kreetha, with monthly instalments starting from 27,500 baht; 2) Nirvana Beyond Bangna @ U Park monthly instalments of 22,900 baht; 3) Nirvana Beyond Rama 2 monthly instalments of 19,500 baht; 4) Nirvana Icon Pinklao monthly instalments of 19,500 baht; 5) Nirvana Element Bangna monthly instalments of 11,100 baht; 6) Townhome Nirvana Define Srinakarin – Rama 9 monthly instalments of 10,300 baht; 7) Nirvana Home Office @Work Ladprao – Kaset Nawamin monthly instalments of 20,600 baht; 8) Nirvana Home Office @Work Ramintra, last unit, with monthly instalments of 28,200 baht. The company expects the campaign will stimulate sales up to 600 million baht by year-end.

Mr. Sornsak added that it’s good timing for those who want to buy a house as the real estate sector has received a positive impact from Bank of Thailand’s easing LTV conditions for mortgage lending that allows homebuyers to temporarily get a 100% loan on every purchase contract made during 20 October 201 until 31 December 2022. It is considered that the real estate business has low risk as financial institutions have strict credit approvals. Real estate speculation has declined. Residential units valued less than 10 million baht, from the second contract onwards, can get loan up to 100%. (Previously, the loan was 80% for the 2nd contract and 70% for the 3rd contract). For houses with prices exceeding 10 million baht, the first contract can get 100% loan (from previously 90%).
