Thaioil Public Company Limited recently received the Corporate Social Responsibility, Department of Industrial Works: CSR-DIW 2021 award organised by the Department of Industrial Works, Ministry of Industry.
Thaioil has received CSR-DIW Continuously for 13 consecutive years. This year, Ms. Chiraporn Kamon-in, Manager – Industrial / Employee Relations, represented the company in receiving the certificate in a ceremony organised on a virtual platform.
These prestigious awards are presented to factories by the Department of Industrial Works, Ministry of industry, to encourage industrial enterprises to arrange employee welfare that goes beyond the Labour Law. Employees have the opportunity to choose welfare that meets their particular requirements. This leads to them enjoying better wellbeing and health while building mutual satisfaction and engagement with the organisation.
