Mitsubishi Motors Thailand launches Mitsubishi Pajero Sport ‘Special Edition’ to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the company in Thailand, with an element of charity to give back to Thai communities. Only limited units will be available, making it a very unique proposition for fans of the marque.

Red is a passionate colour and it has been chosen to represent Mitsubishi Motors’ iconic performance that the world remembers. The legendary Mitsubishi Pajero, King of the Desert at Dakar Rally - the world’s toughest race. It also expresses our ‘Mitsubishi-ness’ vision and gives an impression of high quality, excitement and passion. In execution, that represents Mitsubishi Motors Thailand’s passion to drive consumers’ satisfaction and ambition.

Based on the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport GT-Premium variant both 2WD and 4WD, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport ‘Special Edition’ is unmistakable mainly because of its new and unique ‘Medium Red’ body colour. Other accessories include a 60th Anniversary side badge, special alloy wheel decal, a 60th Anniversary headrest cover and scuff plate. Mitsubishi Pajero Sport ‘Special Edition’ also comes with build-in wireless charger and a commemorative key pocket for the vehicle’s Keyless Operation System fob to remind drivers that this is a special limited vehicle. 

In addition to the special and exclusive items, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport ‘Special Edition’ also comes with exterior styling package including radiator grille, 18-inch alloy wheels, front and rear under garnish and roof rail, all finished in black.

Mitsubishi Pajero Sport ‘Special Edition’ retains all-terrain performance with comfort and luxury. It features outstanding exterior and unique interior, include a shark-fin antenna, power tailgate with hands-free operations. Together with Mitsubishi Remote Control. Inside, the premium finishing continues with 8-inch colour LCD meter, with touchscreen Smartphone-link Display Audio (SDA), a 12.1-inch Roof Monitor with remote control and USB and HDMI connection via smartphone.

Mitsubishi Pajero Sport ‘Special Edition’ powered by 2.4L MIVEC Turbo Clean Diesel engine with 430 Nm and 181 ps, with eight-speed automatic transmission. Fully equipped with class-leading convenience and safety features, including Auto Parking Brake (APB) and Brake Auto Hold (BAH), Blind Spot Warning with Lane Change Assist (BSW with LCA), Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), Forward Collision Mitigation System (FCM), Ultrasonic Misacceleration Mitigation System (UMS), Active Stability and Traction Control (ASTC), Hill Start Assist System (HSA), Hill Descent Control (HDC) and Electronic Time and Alarm Control System (ETACS).
