Mr. Waravuth Pouapinya (4th right), Ambassador of Thailand to the United Arab Emirates, presided over the opening ceremony of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP)’s technology and innovation exhibition at Thailand Pavilion, World Expo 2020 Dubai, UAE, and was accompanied by Mr. Chairat Sirivat (3rd right), Consul-General of Thailand to Dubai; Mr. Chayong Borisuitsawat (4th left), Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, and Assurance Group, PTTEP; Dr. Thana Slanvetpan (3rd left), General Manager, AI and Robotics Ventures (ARV); and Dr. Chinawut Chinaprayoon (2nd right), Executive Vice President, Digital Economy Unit, Digital Economy Promotion Agency.
PTTEP Technology and Innovation exhibition showcases cutting-edge AI and robotics technologies developed by PTTEP, ARV and partners, which offer smart solutions and high efficiency to various businesses. These technologies include “Nautilus”, the world’s first autonomous robot for subsea pipeline repair, “AiANG” sprayer drone for precision farming, and “Xplorer”, a subsea pipeline inspection-class autonomous underwater vehicle.
