Discover the irresistible beauty of nature at Zeavola Resort, Ko Phi Phi

Stealing yourself into nature and away from the grind of city life, where pollution poisons our lungs and the endless blue-light smartphone glare interrupts our circadian rhythms robbing us of restful sleep, is a chance to realign your energies and rediscover your essential you.

The beauty of the natural world is unsurpassed and the opportunity to find a sustainable, eco-friendly bolt-hole ensconced in a themed resort, emulating a Thai village from 30 years ago, is not to be ignored.

Zeavola Resort, located on Ko Phi Phi Don – the main island of Thailand’s Ko Phi Phi archipelago, brings together the art of indulgent relaxation and service excellence with the pulchritude of nature into a magical combination that will leave you…breathless.

Zeavola’s approach to hospitality is best described as ‘barefoot luxury; a place where guests can ‘step back into simplicity and reconnect with nature and themselves.  Inside a gilded perimeter of tropical jungle, the Andaman Sea and the soft white sands of Laem Tong Beach, Zeavola Resort is a celebration of traditional Thai architecture, bucolic charisma and eco-friendly innovation that integrates seamlessly with the lush landscape.

Built like a Thai village, Zeavola offers an authentic Thai experience and with the simple luxury of nature is in abundance, guests can kick off their shoes and pad around unrestricted on the silken sands underfoot and explore the resort – all while experiencing the resort’s personalised yet understated service.

The resort’s eco-credentials are impeccable and include sourcing water from nearby wells and local rainwater collection systems; recycling organic waste to create a healthy mulch for the jungle garden. And a maintenance programme to keep local beaches clean and rubbish-free.

Moreover, as one of the founding members of the Green Pearls®, Zeavola is part of a network of unique environmentally friendly properties recognised for its commitment to sustainable practice, CSR activities and contributions to local communities.

Stay

Zeavola Resort features four types of accommodation. The 60 sqm Garden Suites let nature come to you and, by simply rolling down the bamboo blinds, allows the sights, scents and sounds of nature to transport you into a state of peace and serenity. Alongside the wonders outside, the room also features a king-size bed, air-con, in-door and out-door showers and, if you can’t resist, a modern multimedia entertainment centre.

The Beachfront Suites are a rare treat. The two teakwood villas’ (60 sqm) position, on the sand and in touching distance of the water, means you merge into the landscape around you as the gentle lap of the waves provides the perfect holiday soundtrack to your stay.

Swaddled in amongst the resort’s gardens are the Village Suites. These 40 sqm villas evoke a Thailand of the past with their mix of traditional and contemporary design. Recline on a double daybed in the outdoor social area or simply spoil yourself rotten with the luxury beauty products and treatments on hand and be carried away on a wave of blissful calm.

The Pool Villa Suites take the concept of relaxation to another level. Placed high up into Zeavola Resort’s hillside, these 120 sqm teak wood villas are the ultimate private retreat. Ideal for nature lovers or newlyweds seeking romantic seclusion in an intimate jungle sanctuary. The stylish design of the split level villas means you can find a fresh spot to kick back and create new angles to absorb views of the rainforest, indoors and out.

Tide tables

An exceptional location would not quite be the same without food and refreshment to match. At Tacada beachfront restaurant and bar guests can whet their appetites with an aperitif at their table-on-the-the beach before embarking on an odyssey of Mediterranean flavours and textures, with a menu of imported lamb, steak, salmon, seabass and local seafood dishes. And, of course, a full range of tantalising Thai dishes to brighten the palate.

Max Relax

Take a stroll through the rainforest to Zeavola Spa, and you will discover a haven to pamper your mind, body and spirit with a range of authentic Thai, Chinese, European and Polynesian therapies to restore weary muscles, accentuated by essential oils from local plants and flowers. The spa experience is also home to a steam room, sauna, beauty salon and gym. The spa experience is only improved by the incredible views of the jungle canopy below.

You can even take your nature quest into the water and under the waves with Zeavola’s PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) training which takes you from a beginner in the resort’s saltwater pool to a professional level with the 90-day Master Diver course.
