Investors are advised to link their bank accounts within March 28 to ERX, the digital asset exchange, to receive the payment.
XSpring Digital Company Limited, an ICO Portal licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC), which earlier offered investors "SiriHub Tokens", Thailand’s first Real Estate-Backed tokens, has announced the first quarterly revenue sharing for the period between October 11, 2021 to March 31, 2022, totaling approximately 64 million baht to the holders of SiriHub Tokens, both SiriHubA and SiriHubB on April 5, 2022.
In this respect, the token holders can apply to choose a channel for receiving revenue sharing via their bank accounts by linking the bank accounts to the digital exchange ERX, which will require a period of review and approval within three business days, or choose to automatically receive the revenue sharing via a cash balance account opened with ERX.
SPV 77 Company Limited, as a digital token issuer for SiriHub investment tokens, has notified the allocation of quarterly revenue sharing for the period from October 11, 2021 to March 31, 2022 to both SiriHubA and SiriHubB holders who remain to hold the tokens as of 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2022 (the record date).
SiriHubA holders will receive a quarterly revenue sharing according to the revenue sharing ratio for the SiriHubA offering, of not more than 4.5% per annum.
SiriHubB holders will receive a quarterly revenue sharing according to the revenue sharing ratio for the SiriHubB offering, of not more than 8.0% per annum.
In this regard, the holders of both types can choose a channel to get the share payments via the electronic system within 1 business day from the record date to claim their right by performing the following steps:
- If not registering a bank account in the ERX system but preferring to get the revenue sharing payment via a bank account, the token holders are required to register their bank account with ERX by March 28, 2022. The approval time will be within three business days. The bank account registration procedures can be viewed at https://erx.io/bank-accounts or for more information, please call 02-080-6060.
- In case of preferring to get the revenue sharing payment via a Cash Balance account opened with ERX for trading in a digital asset trading centre, the digital token holders do not need to register a bank account. However, if they prefer to withdraw money from the Cash Balance account, token holders will be subject to withdrawal fees as specified by ERX.
SiriHub Investment Token is Thailand's first Real Estate-Backed ICO digital token offering of 240 million tokens to the general public.
