Huawei and Symphony Communication sign MoU

Aiming to accelerate Cloud adoption and digital transformation in Thailand

Huawei Technologies (Thailand) Co. Ltd. on 1 April 2022 announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Symphony Communication Public Company Limited to embark on a remarkable journey to spread Cloud Experience to customers in the Thai market.

The MoU signing ceremony was held at the Huawei G-Tower Office in the presence of: Mr. Pongthep Thanakijsuntorn, Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing Division; Khun Suwat Jesdangkul, Head of Strategy and Business Development Division, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited; Mr. Kevin Cheng, President of Huawei Thailand’s Enterprise Business Group; Ms. Piyatida Itiravivongs, Director of Cloud Business, and other senior executives of both companies.

This is a joint initiative to leverage Huawei’s latest cloud solutions to enhance the cloud experiences of Symphony Communication’s Customers as well as to develop products and services on Cloud-based applications and platforms along with other new innovations aimed at intensifying service excellence in the Cloud Journey.

Symphony Communication will bring this new Cloud Experience to engage with its wide customer base and explore new business opportunities, including assisting them to digitalize their business and operations with new Cloud Technologies, powered by Huawei.

Our customers will have better experiences in terms of availability, security and reliability through this Cloud Collaboration and we believe it will also accelerate progress to the Thailand 4.0 digital economy.”

This MoU comes in response to the government’s 20-year digital development roadmap that aims to bring full digital transformation to the country and help it become a leading global digital player.
